RESERVATION DEPOSITS: Payment in full is required in advance on Daily and Weekly reservations. A $100.00 deposit is required for a Monthly reservation.

CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel your reservation 14 days before your stay, your deposit will be returned, less a $10.00 processing fee. No deposit refunds will be made with less than 14 days notice.
